Welcome to the Library System of Kaliyaganj College. It is a general Degree college which is affiliated to University of Gour Banga. The Library System consists of Central/Main Library and several Departmental libraries. Main library is the focal point of the library services provided to the Faculties, Non-teaching staffs and Students of the college. The library was established with the foundation of the college in 1968 to cater the needs of the then faculties and students of the college. It houses need based collection of books, journals and periodicals (both print and electronic forms). KOHA- an Open-Source Software is being used for computerization of the library resources. Besides OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), Card catalogue informs users about the books available in the library. |
